I was the key player in creating the vision for the rebranding of Milan Cosmetics Brand. I led the concept, design, the brand look, and feel, the personality, the tone of the brand, the execution, and production of milanicosmetics.com which launched in 2015. I have developed creative strategies and positioning the brand to create consumer interest and brand awareness. I have created advertising and social media campaigns. I have designed and directed store displays strategies, POP, packaging, merchandising. I was involved in every aspect of rebranding from public relations events, sales presentation, billboards, trade shows, videos, photo direction, and every touch point of the brand.
• Increased sales by 24% in one year
• Increased brand awareness from 25% to 39%
• Introduced the first ever publicity campaign, the first advertising campaign, and a comprehensive social media campaign
which significantly increased social fans/followers.The combined efforts generated over $30 million dollars in earned
media value for a fraction of the cost
• Created new website, significantly increased unique visitors to the website (+420%) and pulsed online sales (+200%)
• Launched five new products which are trending in the top 10
RESULTS: Key contributor in growing revenue and elevating sales up to 50% in December 2014 and 70% in January 2015 and overall by 24% in one year
